A gifted writer and intuitive thinker, Mike Harrison brings 30 years of practical marketing experience to the SHIFT team and our clients. Through all the profound changes in the ad business, he remains committed to understanding and revealing the soul of every organization we serve. A graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, Mike brings a small measure of Virginia polish to our deep-south traditions. Outside the office, he’s happiest sitting side-by-side with wife Cathy, cheering for Clemson, the Braves, and most of all, his soccer prodigies Sam and Kate.

Greenville SC advertising agency and PR specialist SHIFT brings a unique blend of talents in branding, website design, content marketing and video production. Day after day, through words, images and video, we tell the story of your people, your ideas and your services in a way that builds new business prospects and creates loyalty to your company. Greenville, S.C., is one of the most vibrant cities in America. It’s where delegates from across the country come to learn about sustainable economic development. It’s where folks from Atlanta and Charlotte, N.C., vacation to take in our art scene, dine at some of the best restaurants in the Southeast, and explore our picturesque cityscape nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A progressive, friendly city, Greenville has redefined revitalization. While cities across the country are struggling with empty storefronts, Greenville’s main street is thriving. Greenville hosts more than 300 event days annually, including three large main street festivals. Baseball fans love the Greenville Drive, the Single A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The Drive’s home, Fluor Field, is modeled after Fenway Park in Boston, and includes the dimensions all around the outfield wall, including the “Green Monster.” Recreational enthusiasts, meanwhile, take advantage of the 18-mile Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail and Falls Park on the Reedy, which is right across from our downtown offices. The business and entrepreneurial spirit of our city has led Clemson University’s to locate its MBA program to Greenville. The Next Innovation Center, a hub for entrepreneurs and technology companies, is incubating young companies to grow to the next level. And at the heart of the central business district, a new $100 million, 375,000-square-foot mixed-use development has opened bringing more professional tenants to downtown Greenville. Our city’s success didn’t happen by accident, nor did it happen overnight. It continues to grow through public-private partnerships with local governments, the business community and the nonprofit sector. Likewise, Greenville is partnering with other cities and counties on increasing South Carolina’s competitiveness in automotive, advanced materials, biosciences and energy. We’re proud of our city, but the accolades go beyond Greenville’s borders. Through regional collaboration with Anderson, Spartanburg and surrounding counties, the Upstate, S.C., region offers a vibrant, diverse quality of life that attracts investments in business, education and economic development. This is our city. This is our home.
